The national flower of Russia is chamomile its scientific name is (Anthemis Nobile) Matricaria recutita also called Matricaria chamomilla. It belongs to Asteraceae family and sub family of Matricaria
As Asteraceae family Members of these aromatic plants has white daisy like flowers and fragrant resemblances with apples or pineapple. Actually, the word “chamomile” is derived from the Greek word kamai which means “on the ground” and melon which means apple. Matricaria chamomilla growing period is yearly base that can grow up to 24 inches whereas the similar chamomile nobile is a perennial low growing ground cover growing no more than 10 inches high.

It is native to Europe and western Asia.The flower plant prefers full sun, light, sandy, and moist soil. Mostly found along roadsides and can become skinny .
